Pre-Sale Activation
In some cases, due to subscription growth and limited resources, we must adopt a pre-sale model to ensure the service quality for existing users. Generally, your plan will be activated within 5 business days after your pre-order, and an activation notification will be sent via email.
Package Upgrade
The current plan upgrade process involves switching accounts. You need to register a new account to purchase the desired plan, and the old account's plan will be refunded based on its remaining value. The steps are as follows:
- Submit a ticket on Discord, including the following information:
- Old account registered email
- Old transaction hash
- New account registered email
- New plan type
- Staff review will be completed within 1-3 business days, and the refund will be returned to the old account's payment address within 7 days.
Refunds
Due to significant abuse, Fountainhead has decided:
- Users who subscribed to Developer and Team plan before April 10, 2025, can receive a refund based on the remaining value.
- Any plan subscribed to after April 10, 2025, will not be eligible for refunds.
- For refund requests, submit a ticket on Discord with your email and plan type.
- Staff review will be completed within 1-3 business days, and the refund will be returned to the old account's payment address within 7 days.
Trial
Fountainhead currently only offers trials to enterprise-level users, requiring the following information:
- Official website
- Product details
- Social media, such as an X account
